The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has published 30 such sexual orientations that, because of Congress's refusal to define "sexual orientation," will be protected under this legislation. Thanks for your article this morning regarding the involvement of the Lincoln High School Choir and Drum Line in the Tea Party on April 15th, 2009.

It appears to me that the administrators at the school are trying to paint a picture that Lincoln High does not participate in partisan politics.

Your article states...

"Lincoln assistant principal Mike Klinedinst said the band and choir were assured the event was non-partisan. "We were misled and the students were misled," he said. "We're going to have to ask more questions next time."

Konrad said student musicians frequently are invited to perform at various events. If it's partisan, they don't go."

A Tribute To Sarah Buller From Hendricks, Minnesota. Sarah at the young age of 18, serving as a Missionary in South Africa went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 5th... the result of a car accident.

"Ok so here is a little bit about me. I'm from Hendricks, MN. I've lived here all of my 18 years! It's a very small town (725)! My parents are awesome... most of the time!
I'm the oldest of 9 kids, we have a lot of fun! I have grown up in a Christan home, gone to church every Sunday. Never missed a Sunday except when I was born (I was born on Easter) all that good stuff!

Nejatullah Siddiqui, the scholar, was speaking at the inaugural session of the conference on Islamic Finance and World Economy organised by the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University in collaboration with the Taqwaa Advisory and Shariah Investment Solutions (TASIS).

Siddiqui observed the main causes of the current financial crisis were the absence of ethics and morality.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the public may soon know the names of hundreds of top bankers at Merrill Lynch who received hefty bonuses prior to that company’s merger with Bank of America. Merrill Lynch paid out $3.6 billion in bonuses before it was rescued by its merger with Bank of America.

Bank of America, which has received tens of billions of dollars in taxpayer funds since that merger, recently tried to prevent the disclosure, claiming the banker’s names and salary data are protected by trade secret law. This argument was made in Bank of America’s legal action against New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, who requested the bankers’ names and salaries.

On March 18, a New York state judge denied the trade secret claim.

So publish the names (on a ticket, destination - Guantanamo!)

A Saint Is Going Home!

A dear lady in our church is in the nursing home and expected to pass away soon. As I visited with her and her family tonight, they realize that she is not just "passing away" but she's going home.

I have known Louetta for over fifty years and some of my first recollections of her were that of being a praying women who had an inside track on knowing God. She could and would pray so intently that you felt that you dare not move since you were in and felt the presence of God. She would pray for you as if you were her only son or daughter and that your dire situation was a world crisis. Many believe, as I do, that her prayers moved the hands of God.

Louetta and her husband Floyd, who awaits her in heaven, were a couple that loved people. Their first daughter Darci, was adopted as just a small girl. Later as an adult, she found her biological Mother and some of her siblings. Louetta and Floyd weren't at all threatened by this new found family connection! Floyd and Louetta just became, as if they were, parents to all of the rest of the family members.

Louetta lays in her bed tonight somewhere between here and heaven! As she became a little more conscious, her comment was, "those bright lights are really something!" The family agreed that Louetta was catching a glimpse of heaven and that Jesus was calling her home! In my cautiousness, I'm thinking that the Lord could be just teasing her. He could still allow her to stick around for a while but tonight He was wetting her appetite for her future move to heaven. Skeptically, I'm not going to believe it until she makes the trip! Once before she pulled this "going to heaven" chapter in her life, called me to the hospital and told me all the things to remember to say at her funeral. Back then the Lord healed her and gave her possibly the best five years, health wise in her life.

Just to think, how remarkable, it could be tonight that ... a Saint Is Going Home!

Today as I read the headlines and watched the news, a "Beef" was rendered against AIG as they were led to the hot seat. Apparently millions are going to pay bonuses to executives at the bailed out insurance giant!

Today, we have forgotten that Yesterday it was the politicians who were in the news because they had "hammed it up" with too much pork directed to their pet projects in the bailout.

What about tomorrow? The media will be pointing their fingers at some other entity that has not handled truth, money, and the country's trust with integrity! But what about the media who has to own up to their own responsibility in creating such a mess in America and indirectly to the world's economy. They aren't, as they now portray, as innocent as they want you to believe! They are in the same stock truck headed to the packing plant for slaughter as the Politicians and the bonus grabbers at AIG!

What about tomorrow, should the "buck stop here," should a stop payment be issued on the bailout checks?!?!?!? Let's not be "Chicken" about the "beef" and about the "pork" that has lambasted the American public while AIG Executives and Politicians continue to live life as usual on our tax payer dollars!

Well, off I went to the airport in full Mr. Magoo mode. In security, I put my carry-on bag on the conveyer belt and didn’t think anything of it (it = a hand gun). Truly, it’s one of the stupidest things I’ve ever done.

As I prepare for worship services this weekend, I can’t help but think about the members of First Baptist Church of Maryville, Ill. This will be the first Sunday that they worship together since the death of their beloved pastor, Fred Winters. The young pastor was shot and killed by a gunman last Sunday during a morning service.

It heartens me to know that Al Meredith will bring a message to that congregation on Sunday. I can’t think of a better person to do so. You see, Pastor Meredith’s own church, Wedgwood Baptist in Fort Worth, suffered a similar tragedy. Nearly 10 years ago a gunman entered Wedgwood, where a youth event was taking place, and killed seven before turning the gun on himself.

I ask today that we all take time to pray for this hurting church family. Pray for the Winters family, who have lost a husband and father, pray for the congregation, and pray for Pastor Meredith as he brings a message of hope that comes only from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Their investigation deepened when one of the missing men, Minnesotan Shirwa Ahmed, blew himself up alongside other suicide bombers in Somalia last October, killing dozens of al-Shabab's political opponents and civilians. Ahmed had also prayed at Abubakar, and within weeks the FBI put the imam of the mosque, Sheik Abdirahman Ahmed, on a no-fly list. Among the questions investigators are asking: Who persuaded the young men to go? Who paid for their flights? And what role, if any, has the mosque played in their alleged recruitment?"

An Interesting Visit With The F.B.I. Agent

Today, I went to an FBI office and spoke to an agent. I felt that he wasn't on the same page as I was but on the page that says, "Politically Correct". I asked him if the F.B.I. was watching the Muslims here in our city. He said that they can't target a particular religious group. Under the President, everyone has a right to freedom of religion. He mentioned that it was only 19 Muslims that flew the planes into the World Trade Center, Pentagon, field in Pennsylvania. on 911. I reminded him that Muslims have been involved in a number of incidents of terrorism around the world. He sort of grinned when I told him that it isn't the Christians who are the terrorists. We are called to love one another.

The F.B.I. agent said to contact him when we know that this "religious group" is stockpiling guns or sending money to terrorists organizations. (Guess we'll have to do their homework for them). Oh yes, one last comment. The F.B.I. agent didn't know that if you criticized the Islam faith it is a reason for them to kill you.

Helena, Montana - 02/26/2009 - Montana's Senate passed constitutional Personhood Amendment, SB 406, in a 26-24 vote. The amendment, introduced by Senator Dan McGee, passed on its third reading on the Senate floor this morning. This is the first Personhood Amendment in U.S. history to pass a State Senate.

"Senator Dan McGee, writing the language of SB 406 himself, has shown what it truly means to be pro-life," stated Keith Mason, of Personhood USA. Police identified the victim as Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37. Detectives have charged her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, with second-degree murder.

"He came to the police station at 6:20 p.m. [Thursday] and told us that she was dead," Orchard Park Police Chief Andrew Benz said late this morning.

Muzzammil Hassan told police that his wife was at his business, Bridges TV, on Thorn Avenue in the village. Officers went to that location and discovered her body.

Muzzammil Hassan is the founder and chief executive officer of Bridges TV, which he launched in 2004, amid hopes that it would help portray Muslims in a more positive light.

The killing apparently occurred some time late Thursday afternoon. Detectives still are looking for the murder weapon.

"Obviously, this is the worst form of domestic violence possible," Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III said today.

Authorities say Aasiya Hassan recently had filed for divorce from her husband.

"She had an order of protection that had him out of the home as of Friday the 6th [of February]," Benz said.

Muzzammil Hassan was arraigned before Village Justice Deborah Chimes and sent to the Erie County Holding Center.

FBI officials have been canceling planned outreach events with CAIR chapters across the country, following a recent directive by FBI headquarters to sever ties with the group.

“The FBI has cut ties with them,” the congressional letter says. “There are indications that this group has connections to Hamas,” the Palestinian terrorist group.

The letter, signed by five Republicans, including the head of the House Anti-Terrorism/Jihad Caucus, is attached to an article by IPT News, a counter-terrorism news service. It notes that FBI field offices have sent letters to CAIR chapters explaining they can no longer pursue an outreach relationship, because of concerns about the CAIR national office in Washington.

The letter, written under the bold-faced title, “BEWARE OF CAIR,” was signed by Reps. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., co-chair of the Anti-Terrorism Caucus; Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich.; Trent Franks, R-Ariz.; Paul Broun, R-Ga.; and John Shadegg, R-Ariz.

CAIR, which claims to be a “moderate” voice for Muslim-Americans, declined comment.

The disengagement policy is a major change for the FBI, which has met regularly with CAIR officials since 9/11, mostly to hear complaints about terrorism investigations in the Muslim community. Bureau officials have even attended CAIR fundraisers.

FBI sources, however, say the new policy has not been uniformly followed since it was put into effect late last summer. They say there is still political resistance to the rule, which has generated complaints from some in the Muslim community.

The policy coincides with the successful prosecution of leaders of a large U.S. Muslim charity who were convicted this fall of funneling more than $12 million to Hamas suicide bombers and their families. CAIR and its co-founder Omar Ahmed were named as unindicted co-conspirators in the case against the Holy Land Foundation.

CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad, moreover, was caught on tape participating in a meeting with Hamas leaders to mask the payments as charity. He once told a Muslim crowd: “I am in support of the Hamas movement.”

If your child asks you, "Daddy, can I kill it?" you dare not answer until you know what "it" is.

One pivotal question continues to receive little attention in the abortion debate: Just what is it that we are aborting?

We often hear, "No one knows when life begins." But even if this was correct, it does nothing to advance the argument in favor of abortion rights. If we don't know what "it" is, we must protect "it."

So what is the object of abortion? Let's consider the facts:

While philosophical debates continue, modern embryology overwhelmingly affirms that biological life begins at conception - the time when an organism with completely unique DNA arises from the union of sperm and oocyte (Moore and Persaud, "The Developing Human," page 310; Nilsson and Hamberger, "A Child is Born," page 86; Rugh and Shettles, "From Conception to Birth," page 217).

Frequently, though, when someone asks, "When does life begin?" the person is not referring to biological life but to some definition of legal and moral life. Our indistinct language causes us to talk past each other and makes it appear that we have fundamentally different convictions about who possesses basic rights.

For example, a majority of voters support current abortion law, but most people oppose some abortions protected under that law such as:

Having an abortion because you are pregnant with a girl and would prefer a boy.

Having an abortion because you would prefer certain physical traits your fetus doesn't have.

Secondary birth control (multiple or repeated abortions).

Late-term abortion (currently legal for broad reasons even after the baby could survive outside the womb).

For the sake of argument, I will assume that everyone reading this letter opposes the killing of just-born infants, agreeing that newborns possess all the legal and moral rights of adults (with the exception of rights reserved for the majority such as voting and contractual obligations). There are four differences between the unborn and the newborn:

Size: We protect the basic rights of small people just the same as bigger people.

Level of development: An elderly human is a human, an adult human is human, a child human is human, a newborn human is human, and an unborn human is human. We protect human rights independently from stage of development.

Environment: Our human rights are unaffected by our changes of location.

Dependency: A toddler who falls into a pool in your presence is completely dependent on one person - you - for his or her survival. Yet you would deem that child worthy of rescue.

These differences are insignificant, and apart from these differences, a newborn and an unborn child are identical beings.

All people should reply with compassion to those in difficult - even tragic - circumstances. Yet the tragic circumstances of a child's conception should not consign that precious unborn human person to death.

If your parents drag you to rallies or legislative sessions in Pierre, reading will save your sanity. Even if they've convinced you that you want to attend these rallies or a tiny Christian school or be home schooled, read. Read, and think for yourself. Trust me. I've been there. My teenage children have chosen for themselves to be Pro life. I haven't pressured them into any political view but from their reading and inquiry have decided for themselves what to think and what to believe. I have brought them to discussions led by those favoring abortion just to have them hear the song and dance. As for millions, my children have seen the "smoke and mirrors" and are still unrelenting about LIFE for the unborn! My teenage daughter attended a rally sponsored by those who voted to keep abortion in South Dakota. She humbly gave her sympathies to Tiffany Campbell in the loss of her twin and also expressed genuine thrill in meeting Tiffany's young son. She came away from that rally believing more and more in the right of the unborn to live.

Let me share with you a story about my daughter, who took it upon herself to confront some pro choice pastors and put them in their place. A friend of mine described it in this manner...

"One of the pro-life pastors brought his teenage daughter who, at the end, stood to read some verses from Exodus. When she got to the part about "thou shalt not kill" she broke down crying and pleaded with the panel… "Why did you say that it is up to a woman and her God if she should get an abortion or not? Her God?! Are you referring to the Almighty God of the Bible? How can this go on? How can you sit there and say its okay to kill babies? How can pastors say its okay to kill babies?"
Pastor Marcia tried to gently reply "I bet it is hard for you to sit and listen to us. But you believe its a baby and not everyone does. If you don't see this as a life it changes a lot." This was the theme of the night - these pastors aren't sure what is in the womb and they dodged the question about how come, if we are so unsure, we don't err on the side of life?
The young lady's dad then told how years ago his wife was pregnant and they were told it was a Down-Syndrome baby and they chose to keep the baby anyway. And this girl was that baby (and she doesn't have Downs Syndrome) and that is why she is so passionate about abortion being murder.
I didn't say a word all night. And here's why… any of the four pro-life pastors in the room could have debated these folks sentence by sentence but what we had to say wouldn't have touched any ones heart. God used a teenage girl with a LIFE testimony to put these folks in the hot seat and send them home thinking how they as representatives of God could promote killing unborn children. Hi!
My name is Corbin and I have a story to tell you.

When I was just a little guy in my mommy's womb, my mom had an ultrasound. The ultrasound gave my mom and dad some news they didn’t expect to hear. The doctor told them that I was going to have downs syndrome, cystic fibrosis and some heart defects. The doctor told my mom that she could have an amniocentesis done to test for sure if I had these anomalies…and to help her decide “what to do with the baby.”

The doctor also told my mom that the amniocentesis had a slight risk of hurting me. My mom and dad talked it over, and they decided not to do the test. On the second ultrasound, it still showed that I had markers for downs syndrome, but none for cystic fibrosis. They did an echo cardiogram on my heart, when I was still in my mommy's tummy and the doctor couldn’t find anything wrong with my heart!! All the other ultrasounds still showed that I was going to have downs syndrome. My mom and dad didn’t care though, because they had their little boy. They were going to love me no matter what.

A transcript of the audio file clearly indicates evidence of voter fraud during a conversation between "Eduardo" and a man named Josh at the Campaign for Healthy Families headquarters in Sioux Falls earlier this week.
"Eduardo" and Josh discuss how it is that "South Dakota Campaign for Healthy Families" Spokesman Chris Cassidy is able to vote in South Dakota since he is also currently a resident of California, only here for the election, and plans to go home when the election is over. Josh, an employee of the "Campaign for Healthy Families," encouraged "Eduardo" that he could do the same. This admission is clearly a violation of point #3 (I actually live at and have no present intention of leaving the above address;) of the declaration that citizens sign when they register to vote in South Dakota . Life Or Death!

Hi! My name is Jenna and I am sixteen years old.
Years ago when my mom was pregnant with me, a medical test indicated that I had Downs Syndrome. The doctor told my
parents that they could abort me since the test indicated that I had Downs. In other words, they would be giving me my death sentence. However, my parents refused to abort me and decided to continue the pregnancy to full term, even with the possibility that I might have an anomaly.

I am happy to report that I was born a healthy baby!!! While I was in elementary school, I won the school spelling bee and made it to the Argus Leader Spelling Bee. In middle school,
I again went to the Argus Leader Spelling Bee and placed in one of the top three positions! Over the last few years I have successfully competed in
academic quiz bowls.

Sioux Falls – With just four weeks until Election Day, South Dakota Family Policy Council is announcing they will be launching the “Faith, Family, Freedom Bike Tour - Standing for America's First Freedoms ~ Vote your Values”
The ride will cover nearly 500 miles visiting pastors and community leaders, concerned citizens, and churches, October 20 – October 28. It is part of their broader effort to mobilize churches to encourage their membership to Vote Values.

Chris Hupke, President, South Dakota Family Policy Council stated SDFPC is leading the voter awareness campaign that will have him and others bike-riding South Dakota in an effort to implore people to vote values in this upcoming election November 4, 2008. Hupke said there will be a significant emphasis on supporting Initiated Measure 11 – “This is the most important vote I will ever make. Combined with the Presidential, U.S. Senate and House, and State Legislative races, wow. We must vote!”

Swain expresses some of the same misgivings about the abortion ban as other pro-life advocates who oppose the rape and incest exceptions included in it. But, he says the greater good of banning about 98 percent of the abortions in the state is sufficient to support it.

"Current law essentially allows abortion on demand. We have an opportunity to do what we can to 'limit the harm done by such a law,'" Swain explains. Dear Anonymous, From reading and rereading your post directed towards me... You must think that I'm a really mean, terrible person and have no compassion for the Campbell family. First of all I don't discount their tragedy of losing one of their twins in the least bit. Secondly, not a bad idea to put their picture on the "Dakota Values" Blog although I would ask that people show compassion and pray for this family. Thirdly Anonymous, I have three children, our first died a few weeks before she was to be born from a rare, in utero condition. Didn't know that, did you Anonymous? I am amazed that you dislike me so much and you have never met me or know my life's journey. Our second daughter in utero, was tested (Alpha Theta Protein) and the test indicated that she had Downs Syndrome. The doctor urged us that we abort her. She was born without Downs and a year later to the day that our first daughter was buried. Our third baby, a son, was diagnosed in the womb, with cysts on his kidneys. The doctor also urged us that we should abort him. He was born and had a non functioning kidney removed at 18 months at the University of Minnesota. I'm sure you are happy to know that he is doing great! And about the "2 readers and the shame on you and your two bit blog" jab... just doesn't seem to hurt as much as when I held my dead daughter who died in utero from a rare condition.

THE FINE PRINT TOTALLY NEUTERS THE VIDEO'S MESSAGE!

1. The law that appears on the ballot as Initiated Measure 11 is an extremely well written and well crafted law. The law was drafted by South Dakota Attorney General Larry Long at the request of leaders of the State Legislature. Attorney General Long assembled and presided over a panel of eleven legal experts for the purpose of insuring that the law was well crafted. It was drafted over a period of about eight months.

Any suggestion that the law is anything other than well drafted and well thought out is false and deliberately misleading. The voters of South Dakota can trust their Attorney General.

2. The ad claims that South Dakota “already voted on this.”

This is a false representation.

In 2006, the Legislature passed a law that prohibited abortion, but it did not contain exceptions for rape, incest or the health of the mother. That law was referred to the election in November of 2006 and was voted on.

The 2008 law is totally different and represents what the voting public said they wanted in place of the 2006 law.

In 2006 and again in 2007 and 2008, every poll taken in South Dakota, showed that the vast majority of South Dakota voters (between 58% and 67%) wanted abortion prohibited. But many thought that there should be exceptions for rape, incest and the health of the mother. Although 44% of the voters voted for the 2006 law with no exception, the 2008 Initiated Measure 11 prohibits abortions but incorporates the exceptions for rape, incest and the health of the mother, and represents what the South Dakota voters wanted as their law.

3. The ad implies that a procedure resulting in the death of a twin that has “Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome” is illegal under the law. That claim is not only false, but a shameful exploitation of the mother shown on the ad who lost her child.

Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome is a very rare complication that threatens the life of the babies in utero. However, today there are modern medical procedures that are used to save the children.

If, however, one of the children dies in utero as a result of those medical interventions, the loss of the baby does not violate the law under Initiated Measure 11. The claim that the mother, under the new law, could not have had a procedure to save the life of one or both of those children is totally false.

There is no reason for a doctor to deliberately kill one of the twins in an effort to save one of them, and physicians do not do so as part of accepted standards of medical practice. Under Section 2 of the law, only if the procedure is designed to deliberately and intentionally kill the baby, is it prohibited – unless it is permitted by one of the exceptions. An unintended death is not a violation of the law, and the law permits the procedure even if there is a risk that one or both babies could die from the procedure.

Section 2 specifically requires that the doctor’s act is “with the intent of causing the termination of the life of an unborn human being.” Medical treatment intended to save the lives of the babies is not prohibited. Further, Section 13, paragraph 1 of the law states:

“Medical treatment … that results in the unintentional injury or death of the unborn child is not a violation of this Act.”

It is offensive that the abortion proponents would use this personal tragedy to mislead the public, and it is exploitive of a mother who suffered a tragic loss.

4. The ad says that there is no way for a doctor to “give good advice” and that every case should be judged on an “individual case” basis. The implication is that the law prevents both.

That implication is deliberately misleading. Section 4 of the law specifically preserves the right of a doctor to make “a judgment that an abortion is necessary because there is a serious risk “of injury to a major bodily function of the mother. A doctor is not liable under the law if he performs an abortion to preserve the health of the mother, unless the “physician knowingly disregards accepted standard of medical practice.”

This means that only if the doctor knows good medicine does not require the abortion, is he prohibited from performing the abortion.

5. The ad makes the false claims that the voters can’t know what they are voting on.

The abortion proponents make these false claims because they cannot win a debate about this law if they made candid admissions about its content.

The law simply says that it is illegal to deliberately and intentionally kill an unborn child except in the case of rape, incest, or when the mother’s life is at risk or there is a serious risk to the health of the mother.

Having actors read Section 15 (chapters 187 and 188 etc.”) is intended to create the false impression that the law is difficult to understand. Section 15 is a technical section meant for the courts to let them know that one other law is not repealed.

The display features 748 wooden crosses, which depict the 748 abortions that were performed in 2006. The traveling display is a project of Lutherans for Life of South Dakota Inc."

Sioux Falls, SD (LifeNews.com) -- "Monday was the first day that Planned Parenthood, which operates the only abortion business in South Dakota, had to comply with a new state law telling women the truth about abortion. Rather than tell women abortion kills children and has numerous risks, Planned Parenthood closed its doors."

The state law, which the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld last week, required abortion practitioners to inform every woman that she is terminating the life of a human being.
It requires giving her information about the mental health complications such as a high risk of depression and suicide and physical problems like hemorrhage infection, premature births of subsequent pregnancies, and infertility.

Dr. Allen Unruh, a leading pro-life advocate who works with Alpha Pregnancy Center, told LifeNews.com that Monday was a historic day.
"Time will tell if Planned Parenthood plans to re-open it’s doors, but as for now, the regular abortions were canceled today as the abortionist refused to show up," he explained.
"We will see if any other abortionists plan to take the risks involved with full disclosure of what they do to women and their unborn children," he added.

An abortionist who claims to have destroyed more than 20,000 unborn children and who once was Hillary Clinton's OB-GYN says he is doing "God's work" when he terminates a pregnancy.
"Embryos and fetuses spontaneously aborted – most, but not all of those 'canceled' by 'God' – are ... luckless human souls," wrote William Harrison, referring to an ancient poem describing the plight of mankind. "But a few spontaneous abortions occur in desired pregnancies with no discernable abnormalities. For those girls and women and their families whose circumstances would make their babies 'luckless human souls,' I 'cancel' them before they become babies."
Harrison's comments came in an e-mail to Warren Throckmorton, whose work has been published by journals of the American Psychological Association, the American Mental Health Counseling Association and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies. He documented his exchange with Harrison on his blog.

"In this e-mail exchange, Hillary Clinton's former OB-GYN and abortionist William Harrison admits that abortion kills a human soul. He euphemizes the language a bit but the effect is chilling by saying he is doing 'God's work,'" Throckmorton told WND. "I was surprised he would admit this in the context of the new South Dakota law but here he is acknowledging that abortionists cancel innocent human life."
The exchange arose recently after the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled a South Dakota law that requires doctors to tell women seeking an abortion the procedure "will terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being" can be enforced.
