Can You Trust People Who Dispose Of Babies?
Why Is it That The Vote No Opposition Viciously Attacks Those Who Valiantly Make Attempts To Save The Lives Of The Unborn???
The Real Question Is, Can You Trust People Who Conveniently Dispose Of The Perfectly Healthy Unborn??? If They Will Destroy The Innocent, They Will Do Anything!

My name is Corbin and I have a story to tell you.
When I was just a little guy in my mommy's womb, my mom had an ultrasound. The ultrasound gave my mom and dad some news they didn’t expect to hear. The doctor told them that I was going to have downs syndrome, cystic fibrosis and some heart defects. The doctor told my mom that she could have an amniocentesis done to test for sure if I had these anomalies…and to help her decide “what to do with the baby.”
The doctor also told my mom that the amniocentesis had a slight risk of hurting me. My mom and dad talked it over, and they decided not to do the test. On the second ultrasound, it still showed that I had markers for downs syndrome, but none for cystic fibrosis. They did an echo cardiogram on my heart, when I was still in my mommy's tummy and the doctor couldn’t find anything wrong with my heart!! All the other ultrasounds still showed that I was going to have downs syndrome. My mom and dad didn’t care though, because they had their little boy. They were going to love me no matter what.
On July 3, 2007 I was born, and guess what, I am healthy and “normal.” After that first ultrasound, they could have given up, and aborted me because I wasn’t going to be perfect in the world's eyes. I’m so glad that they chose life. Would you have given up on me?

Campaign For Healthy Families Caught Encouraging Voter Fraud In Sioux Falls, South Dakota
No Surprise From The Campaign For (Un)Healthy Families!
Campaign for Healthy Families Caught Encouraging Voter Fraud in Sioux Falls
Contact: Brandi Gruis, VoteYesForLife.com, 605-271-7581
SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, October 25 /Christian Newswire/ -- Today, VoteYesForLife.com in South Dakota requested Attorney General Larry Long to open an investigation into voter fraud by the Campaign for Healthy Families.
VoteYesForLife.com has become aware of out-of-state people coming into South Dakota and registering to vote in our Election with no intention of remaining a resident of South Dakota. In fact, the spokesperson for the Campaign for Healthy Families, Chris Cassidy, is from San Francisco.
According to the South Dakota voter registration application, any person registering to vote in South Dakota must sign the following declaration:
* I declare, under penalty of perjury (2 years imprisonment and $4,000 fine), that: * I am a citizen of the United States ; * I actually live at and have no present intention of leaving the above address; * I will be 18 on or before the next election; * I have not been judged mentally incompetent; * I am not currently serving a sentence for a felony conviction which included imprisonment, served or suspended, in an adult penitentiary system. * I authorize cancellation of my previous registration as written below.
(South Dakota Voter Registration Application)
A transcript of the audio file clearly indicates evidence of voter fraud during a conversation between "Eduardo" and a man named Josh at the Campaign for Healthy Families headquarters in Sioux Falls earlier this week.
"Eduardo" and Josh discuss how it is that "South Dakota Campaign for Healthy Families" Spokesman Chris Cassidy is able to vote in South Dakota since he is also currently a resident of California, only here for the election, and plans to go home when the election is over. Josh, an employee of the "Campaign for Healthy Families," encouraged "Eduardo" that he could do the same. This admission is clearly a violation of point #3 (I actually live at and have no present intention of leaving the above address;) of the declaration that citizens sign when they register to vote in South Dakota . Below are links to the audio of this evidence and a transcript of the conversation.

Life or Death! Vote "Yes" On South Dakota Initiative 11!
Hi! My name is Jenna and I am sixteen years old.
Years ago when my mom was pregnant with me, a medical test indicated that I had Downs Syndrome. The doctor told my
parents that they could abort me since the test indicated that I had Downs. In other words, they would be giving me my death sentence. However, my parents refused to abort me and decided to continue the pregnancy to full term, even with the possibility that I might have an anomaly.
I am happy to report that I was born a healthy baby!!! While I was in elementary school, I won the school spelling bee and made it to the Argus Leader Spelling Bee. In middle school,
I again went to the Argus Leader Spelling Bee and placed in one of the top three positions! Over the last few years I have successfully competed in
academic quiz bowls.
I am so grateful that my
parents did not rely on the medical test results to
determine if I should live or die. I am thankful that my parents told the doctor that they would not be ending my life.
On November 4, please
remember my story and
Vote “YES” for LIFE on
Initiative Measure 11!

"I have only one question for Scott M. Green of Harrisburg, who thinks the abortion ban is unreasonable. What is reasonable about killing a child in the womb at whatever stage of development the child is?"
Obama's Abortion Record
Terry G. Hutchison • Garretson • October 22, 2008
"South Dakota voters have a right to know the record of Sen. Barack Obama on abortion. Six years ago when he was in the Illinois state Senate, Obama was the only senator to speak against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, which protects babies born alive after a failed abortion. He opposes a ban on partial birth abortion and is in favor of allowing for the transporting of minor girls across state lines for abortions without parental notice or consent of a parent. His support of the Freedom of Choice Act would make any kind of abortion anywhere legal and override any state's rights. Is it any wonder Obama receives 100 percent approval from Planned Parenthood? Please consider this information when you go to vote."
Abortion Is Human Rights Issue
Shirley J. Vrooman • Sioux Falls • October 22, 2008
"The Group fighting Initiated Measure 11 plans to spend a million dollars. It sounds to me like there is a lot of money at stake in the abortion industry. This is not just a religious concern but a human rights and justice issue. The plain and simple fact is when you abort a baby, you are ending a life. If nothing else convinces you, think of in-vitro fertilization. Once the egg has been fertilized, there is life. All it needs is a nurturing, motherly environment, and it will grow. There are a lot of apparently good reasons why abortion sounds like a solution to a problem. But it's not a problem or burden. It is a life, and to destroy a human life is always wrong. This is why we are asking the people of South Dakota to vote on this issue again. Initiated Measure 11 provides for the exceptions the people asked for last time, so please vote yes for life."
Abortion Ban Easy To Understand

If Sanford Health Chief Executive Officer Kelby Krabbenhoft thinks Initiated Measure 11 is difficult to understand, he is underestimating the intelligence of the doctors on his staff.I am able to figure it out. If this was an "unintended release" and labeled "privileged and confidential," how safe are our patient medical records at Sanford Health?

Hijacked Sanford Memo Gives Opportunity For Sanford Health Systems To Support Measure 11
Cheers For Sanford As They Are Correcting A Wrong And Publicizing The Truth About The Memo And Their Support For South Dakota Initiative 11! Thanks Kirby!
VoteYesForLife.com Receives Letter from Sanford Health:
Sanford’s Policies Align with Measure 11
SIOUX FALLS, SD – The VoteYesForLife.com campaign is holding a press conference Wednesday, October 22nd at 12:15 p.m. at the campaign headquarters (3500 South Louise Ave.). Sanford doctor, Glenn Ridder, will read portions of a letter sent to the VoteYesForLife.com campaign, highlighting the fact that the values of Sanford hospital are consistent with those of Initiated Measure 11, now that it’s better understood.
The campaign’s legal team met with Sanford Hospital’s administration Tuesday. “We handled this the South Dakota way,” said Rory King, VoteYesForLife.com attorney. “We sat down at the table and had an honest discussion about Measure 11 and how its passage will allow Sanford to practice medicine the same way they always have. We did not make this political and we’re grateful that Sanford has seen that Measure 11 in fact does allow them to practice medicine the way they do at the present time.”

Just Another Distraction For Initiative 11 In South Dakota
Be Reminded That This Is Another Distraction From The Original Intent Of The Initiative!
Number 1... WE MUST REMEMBER IT IS FROM LAWYERS! The Sanford Lawyers, If They Could, Would Reduce Patient Numbers Down To Zero Just To Reduce Possible Lawsuits! In The Memo, They Exercise Extreme Caution And Verbalize Any Possible Effect That Initiative 11 Would Have On Their Institution!
Number 2... THE INTENT OF THE INITIATIVE? Not To Make Life Difficult For Sanford But To End Abortion Being Used For Birth Control And To Save The Lives Of 800 Unborn Babies In Suth Dakota.
Number 3... Sanford President and Chief Executive Officer Kelby Krabbenhoft described The Memo as an "unbiased and factual analysis," The Memo Has Become "Biased" As It Was Conviently Dropped Into The Hands Of The Opposition. They Will Use It As "Smoke And Mirrors" To Try To Dissuade The Voters On Initiative 11. "Factual" Impossible In The Hands Of The Opposition, They Will Spin It For Their Own Political Purposes!
Number 4... Krabbenhoft said, " The analysis wasn't intended to be released to the public" Kelby, This Makes The Public Question The Security Of Our Medical Records And The Hospital's Confidentiality.
Number 5... "Sanford has no intention of taking a stance on the initiative, Krabbenhoft said." Sorry Kelby, Your Lawyers Already Took A Stand And Did It For You. The Opposition To Initiative 11 Will Add Energy To The Statements In The Memo And Be The Mouthpiece For Your Hospital Lawyers!
Now Is The Perfect Time To State your Support For Initiative 11! At The Current Time Your Lawyers, Representing You And The Hospital, Have Stamped A "No" On Initiative 11!
The Public Is Waiting To hear From You!

Hissy Fit Over "Roe Vs. Wade"
Let's Suppose Roe v. Wade Were Overturned. What Would Happen? The Matter Would Simply Be Kicked Back To The States -- Where It Was Before 1973. Overturning Roe Would Not Abolish Abortion. It Would Just Mean That Abortion Would Be Legal In Some States And Illegal In Others.
It's Time To Stop The "Smoke And Mirrors!" It's Time To Stop Clouding The Playing Field With Accusations! Calling People "Liars", Slandering Individuals! Are You That Desperate? Apparently So!
Remember.... South Dakota Initiative 11 Was Indirectly Written By The Opposition! They Asked For Exceptions For Abortion For Rape, Incest And The Health Of The Mother And Those Reasonable Exceptions Have Been Added.

ACLU Against Saving Unborn Babies In South Dakota Yet Supports Gay Marriage In Connecticut

The Dakotawomen Post..."I'm excited to report that Connecticut's supreme court ruled that it's unconstitutional to deny couples the freedom to marry. As alerts fly into my inbox, news is sketchy. I do know it was a 4-3 decision, and that they've ruled that LGBT couples have the same rights to call their unions "marriage" that hetero couples have.Fantastic.In related news, Iowa's supreme court will be hearing arguments on their pending marriage case on December 9. In 2008, It Somehow Isn't A Surprise To Anyone To Find Out That You Are Still Voting "No" On South Dakota Initiated Measure 11. Kate, Since The Exceptions Are Included, On November 4th, Thousands Of South Dakotans, TRUE TO THEIR WORD, Will Be Voting "Yes" Because They Too, At Your Urging, Asked For The Exceptions In 2006 And They Are Included In "11" In 2008.
South Dakota Family Policy Council Supports Initiated Measure 11 With 500 Mile Bike RIde!
Standing for America's First Freedoms ~ Vote your Values
What will you do to end abortion in South Dakota?
Media Release – Please Forward
Contact Person:
Chris Hupke, 605-335-8100, or 605-413-6075
For Immediate Release
Sioux Falls – With just four weeks until Election Day, South Dakota Family Policy Council is announcing they will be launching the “Faith, Family, Freedom Bike Tour - Standing for America's First Freedoms ~ Vote your Values”
The ride will cover nearly 500 miles visiting pastors and community leaders, concerned citizens, and churches, October 20 – October 28. It is part of their broader effort to mobilize churches to encourage their membership to Vote Values.
Chris Hupke, President, South Dakota Family Policy Council stated SDFPC is leading the voter awareness campaign that will have him and others bike-riding South Dakota in an effort to implore people to vote values in this upcoming election November 4, 2008. Hupke said there will be a significant emphasis on supporting Initiated Measure 11 – “This is the most important vote I will ever make. Combined with the Presidential, U.S. Senate and House, and State Legislative races, wow. We must vote!”
Hupke, shared Galatians 6:9 as his inspiration in this effort. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart."
Objective: The tour seeks to increase the “Values Voter” Turnout, leading to the highest voter turnout in South Dakota election history.
Each stop will include:
eXcite Church Turnout with the “Pastoral (signing) 100% Churches Pledge”
eQuip - Distributing the SDFPC 2008 General Election Voter Guides http://www.sdfamily.org/
eNgaging - Praise and Worship Rally!!
“The ‘Faith, Family, Freedom Tour’ will reach thousands with an encouraging message for South Dakotans to vote their values.” Hupke stated.
“We’re calling on all South Dakotans to stand for the principles of representative government, and vote. What our Founding Fathers set forth in this great nation is incredible. The United States of America has brought liberty to more people than any other nation in world history. President John Adams said, ‘Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.’ Adams words should sear in the mind of every American of faith their most critical role in keeping America great.”
Hupke said inspiration for the tour was driven from his organization’s desire to see abortion end and to see higher standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability in the institution of government.
“What voters do in the polls says a lot for how they view our country. Every day people vote: the products they buy, the media consumed, the churches they attend, and how they’ll educate their children. If a business does not operate with high ethical standards consumers should not endorse their practices by consuming their products. Selection of elected officials and laws that will govern this state and nation is no different. The vote is the most basic principle of freedom in government and the world saw that with the pictures of ink stained fingers from Iraq and Afghanistan.”
“Let us never forget that government is ourselves and not an alien power over us. The ultimate rulers of our democracy are not a President and senators and congressmen and government officials, but the voters of this country.” Franklin D. Roosevelt
Hupke will be joined by riders of various backgrounds. There is an opportunity for people to join the tour by calling South Dakota Family Policy Council at 605-335-8100.
The communties include: Brookings, Watertown, Milbank, Aberdeen, Huron, Mitchell, Sioux Falls, and Yankton. Details for the times are listed at sdfamily.org or by calling 605-335-8100.

Todd Epp, Buy The Time For The Opponents!
Todd Is A Typical Attorney That Likes To Ask Questions When he Already Knows The Answers!
For Example: "Will KELOLAND Give Equal Time To Pro-Choice Candidates And Opponents Of IM 11?" He Continues..."I’m watching the televised Catholic service on KELOLAND. The priest’s homily is exhorting support of IM 11, the abortion ban measure, and asking Catholics to support anti-choice candidates.I’m wondering if this triggers equal time or fairness doctrine provisions under federal law. I’m also wondering if the Campaign for Healthy Families and pro-choice candidates will get the same sort of access to the largest and most influential broadcaster in South Dakota."
Attorney Todd, The Simple Answer Is, Since The Catholic Diocese Buys The Time From KELOLAND To Promote IM 11, The Opposition To IM 11 Can Also Buy Time From KELOLAND To "Exhort Support" To Defeat IM 11. Just A Suggestion For You, Buy Some Time And Hire The Clergy From "Pastors FROM... I Mean FOR Moral Choices To Articulate Your Opposition." Let Me Know When You Secure Some Time On KELO, I'd Like To Watch!

Abortion South Dakota... OBGYN Doctors Hold Press Conference!
Contact: Brandi Gruis, 605-929-7925, Vote Yes for Life
SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, Oct. 2 /Christian Newswire/ -- A team of South Dakota OBGYN doctors will hold a press conference Friday, October 3 at 1:30 p.m. CST. Physicians who support Measure 11 want to convey the truth about a deceptive TV ad by a pro-abortion activist group. The ad depicts a woman telling her story about her pregnancy with twins. It implies that a procedure resulting in the death of a twin that has "Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome" is illegal under Measure 11, which is false.
A team of doctors will appear at the VoteYesForLife.com headquarters at 3500 South Louise Avenue, Sioux Falls, to discuss how treatment is completely covered under Measure 11 (Section 2, Measure 11). Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome is a complication that occurs in less than 1 out of 1,000 pregnancies. Today there are modern medical procedures that are used to save the children. Performing those procedures, which are intended to save the lives of the babies, is never prohibited by Measure 11, even if one or both of the babies dies.
The ad placed by the opposition shows a woman who received treatment in Ohio, not South Dakota. The accepted standard of care in our state is covered under Measure 11. Measure 11 will end abortion as a form of birth control, and can stop up to 97 percent of abortions from ever occurring in South Dakota. The measure does provide exceptions in the cases of rape, incest and to preserve the health and life of the mother. For more information, visit VoteYesForLife.com or call Brandi Gruis at 605.929.7925

Bishop Swain Supports Initiative 11
“After prayerful discernment and consultation, I will vote yes on Initiated Measure 11 and encourage others to do so as well," Swain says in the pastoral letter.
Swain expresses some of the same misgivings about the abortion ban as other pro-life advocates who oppose the rape and incest exceptions included in it. But, he says the greater good of banning about 98 percent of the abortions in the state is sufficient to support it.
.
"Current law essentially allows abortion on demand. We have an opportunity to do what we can to 'limit the harm done by such a law,'" Swain explains. "If this law is enacted, over 95 percent of abortions currently performed in South Dakota would be prohibited. And it would send a clear message to abortion providers that the culture of death is not the will of the people of South Dakota."
Bishop Swain also rebuts the objections posed by abortion advocates.
"Abortion advocates oppose this law because they say that it allows government into the private decision-making of individuals," he said.
"If that were the standard there would be few laws. Law by its definition intrudes into the lives of individuals for the common good. What can be more significant for the common good than the right to be born? The unborn have no private decision making freedom," he wrote in the letter.
