I think that the opposition that calls VY liars (Dakota Women, amongst others) are grasping at straws and they are parsing words.
They are bent out of shape because IM 11 has a dual function. The first, and foremost, function without a doubt is to save the lives of children (for some reason this really burns their butts). The second function (if PP wants to challenge the law) is to get the Supreme Court to review Roe and make a new ruling (based on new evidence - of course).
There has never been any doubt that the efforts of South Dakotans have been to end abortion as an option for Birth Control. But since reporters have asked if this will be a tool to challenge Roe v Wade, and the VY people are honest, they say of course it will be challenged (hence the so-called LIE).
So I submit to you that all of their tirades over dishonesty are a complete figment of their (very creative) imaginations. What else would you expect from a side that has made bending truths, fabricating lies, and cheating a common practice?
If you want proof of their outright deception you don’t have to look any further than the Campaign for Healthy Families latest advertisement.
PS. Even their name, (Campaign for Healthy Families), is filled with deception and irony.
Last time I checked, being DEAD is not a exactly a symptom of being HEALTHY.
